A really good shopping experience. Package was well packed and delivery was quick. I ordered on a Friday and received it on Tuesday. The only thing was that I had no shipping updates until the courier showed up at my door. An update would be nice.
1st time getting my haircut at Panic Room. Super awesome space. Booking have to be made in advance through their website. Not pushing about getting their products, unlike certain/most barbershops. Price is reasonable. Not cheap but certainly not exorbitant.
My Barber was Jon. He is super awesome and friendly. Game me tips on haircare and styling. Super happy with my cut, he gave me what I wanted and i came in without knowing what i want. Definitely look for him to get your hair done. He has been there for 8years so he definitely knows what he is doing.
Highly recommended and this will probably be my go to barbershop from now on.

Great staff, very helpful and welcoming. They are a men's barbers but also have a great varied range of beard product. I bought several BeardBrand product which are awesome. If you can only attend on the weekends, make sure you book. It's my go-to place for beard products.

This place is really cool: the atmosphere, the music and all. The staff is also very attentive and loving. However, omg, I can't take it. The whole cutting process is so damn slow. I don't want to spend two hours there just to get a quick and clean look. I can understand some people love it but, it is a no for me.
Enjoyed the expert cut and the experience of trying the pomade and having to retail shop it here.
Get transported into another time zone whilst you get a barber cut. A place you want to spend time in, not a typical salon feel. So they got the commercial side and feel/ branding spot on.
Recommended if you want to treat yourself.
Interesting for me.. first time in my life grew and kept beard untrimmed for 2 full months. It became untidy and I dunno where to go for trim and personally have no experience. So i went to call up many salons which don't do such trimming servives and said covid where got shaving.
Come on, my point is trimming and not shaving. This place outside may not be too appealing and stays in geylang but overall interior is decent and quite classy actually. Akid is my stylist and he's professional who asked for my requirement and specification. I trust him completely on his advice for my particular case. My mustache doesn't grow except for the sides so it looked abit weird and ugly with all the unkempt beards. Anyway, will go with him for my beard growing journey.
